"Not even a half way descent company. For a business (a family owned business at that) to take advantage of small businesses the way they are, shows they have major financial issues, are selfish and unethical. With that said, they do not deserve to stay in business. They seek contractors to provide local services and have a net 60 pay term. I’ve personally tried to work with them for 10 months. With that 3 payments were actually paid in a timely fashion. All other payment have been at least 2 weeks late after continuously calling and emailing, in return I heard every type of personal excuse under the sun from someone had to move their mother in law, someone’s roof started to leak at home and endless more. Enough is enough, this company should receive and promote NO business at all. I hope this review helps any potential business partners, navigate far away from enviro USA/ magic maids janitorial of Tennessee."

"Beware!! If you are a contractor thinking of doing work for them.. DON'T!!! You will not get paid . These guys are scam artists. They will ghost you after you do the work . I will remove this review once payment has been made and cleared. Thanks Update- I was paid , it took 5 months . The check did clear . I will never do work for these guys again!"

"Do not use this company! They stole a service, parts and time from my husband and I (on Valentine's Day!) when we completed a job for them and now THEY HAVE NOT PAID! We provided service promptly and efficiently the same day they requested it. Now they refuse to answer the phone, return my calls, messages or emails. They were very responsive when they needed service though! I wish I would have just declined the work but we were trying to be nice and trusting. Never again! I am so upset and disappointed. I feel like I have been violated and abused. It should be illegal for them to steal like this and do fraud on people. I wish I would have read these reviews before I agreed to do the job. If you are a customer, do not hire these unethical people. If you are company, do not work for them because you will not get paid. Zero stars."
