"When my husband spent 50 days in this facility, he was well taken care of and evolved from not being able to do anything for himself to being able to walk out to get into the vehicle and go home. They did an excellent job!"
"My brother was here after his initial hospital stay when he had a stroke. I can not say enough good stuff about the physical therapy that he received while he was here for approximately 3 months. Very professional and caring therapist. The clinical staff did a great job caring for him as well. AIDS were attentive as well but sometimes not as responsive as my brother would have liked. The only con I have is the food they serve is terrible. If you have a love one here, you will want to bring them a good meal often."
"Mom (Mrs. Spencer) has been in and out over the last 3 years in rehab. She loved them and they took really good care of her. She loved doing all the activities. We are going to miss them so much."
"They take care of my mom very well and meet her needs. She is has Alzheimer's and is the second stage. The place stays clean, we do have to go to the laundry and find her clothes sometimes. Over all nice place"
"If I could give a half a star I would, this is by far the worst place you could ever let care for your loved one.... between the abuse and theft, I wish we would have never let them care for mine.. All the unexplained Bruises, starvation, the staff just left food in our loved ones room when it was time for her to eat dinner. Knowing she was unable to physically get out of the bed to get her tray... They would leave it sitting across the room... They literally treated her like she didn't matter at all, like she wasn't a human being... To top it all off after she was beaten in the face.. she ended up septic and weeks later passed away... It's very sad that this place is ever still open and able to take patients in... Elderly people deserve a much better life than they are given at this place... Considering they take the residents entire income, you would think they would be atleast be aware of who their staff members are. PLEASE do not EVER trust Millington Health Care to care for your loved ones...."
