"I took my daughter here for her 2 week check up and it seemed like an ok establishment. My daughter Is now 7 weeks old and had a fever of 102.3. I called the office and the entire line is automated for starters. I left an urgent message stating her temperature and other symptoms. 2 hours passed and I still didn't get a response so I ended up taking her to an urgent care clinic which ended up sending us to the ER which ended up hospitalizing her for what was supposed to be 48 hours. For them to discharge her I had to have an appointment scheduled with her primary care doctor. I called the clinic and left multiple messages urgent and non urgent to try to get her follow-up scheduled and still, no response. I am very angry because now we have to stay an extra night in the hospital just so I can find her a new doctor. I am super finished with this place and if I could I would torch the place so no one else would have to have an experience like this."

"If there was a rating that I could give this place less than 1 star I would do so. I went to this place because I had severe abdominal pains and frequent bathroom visits, on some days it would be up to 16 times. I submitted a stool sample to this place on March 29th, 2014 and as of now on April 26th, 2014 I still have yet to get any results. Every day for two weeks I called asking for the results, and each time I was told they were not in but I could call back every day if I need to in order to check on the status of the samples. The staff even told me they would leave messages with the doctors telling them that I was calling about the sample and wanted to know some information. I called today (4/26/2014) and they still have yet to get any information about the samples. They gave me the run around explaining that "Oh well this comes in through fax and not automatically into our system like our blood test do" which makes me curious, what exactly is the point of a staff if they can't go look at the fax machine, find the test results, and put them in my file on the computer? Did the results just get faxed to them and they said "Oh cool, lets chunk it in the trash now"? Not only that, but she then explains to me that she will leave a message for the doctor, which I tell her they've already done that several times when I called every day for the first two weeks, but then she says that there are no records of anyone ever leaving a message for a doctor at any point when I've called. I would say that these people have to be some of the most incompetent idiots that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and anyone would be better off going somewhere else before whatever you might have ends up killing you as these people will never return your call and get back to you about what you might have. I have had C.Diff before, and this pain was on par to what I felt when I had that. This is a very serious problem that I definitely need to know about immediately if I have/had it, not only can it kill me, it is highly contagious and knowing would allow me to take any extra measures I could to prevent it from spreading. However, this place will never inform you of what you have so for all I know I could have the stomach flu, perforation of my intestines, gastroenteritis, clostridium difficile, or all of the above. I will never do business again with these ignorant imbeciles that act like the only thing on their mind is to get me off the phone with them as quickly as possible."

"Iv been with this office for two years. And for the past few months this office has grown to become very unprofessional. They have a guy working the front desk. He's rude, I walked in the first thing he did was shove paper work in my face. Never said hello, didnt ask if I had an appointment, the he turned to the other receptionist an stated that the lab was left dirty. WOW. to top it off he is clearly a gay male. He gossiped, rolled his eyes, and made gestures the entire time I waited to see the doctor. My personal oppionion if dr. Lindsey made staff changes to better the clinic. She sure as hell made some poor choices. Guess shes tryibg to save a buck. But I guess she will need to once she looses patients."

"This is one of the WORST doctor's offices i have been a patient with. They are rude and act like they don't want to help you! The lab tech hung up in my face when I was calling to ask for help and didn't pick up the phone when I called back. The only one that seems to care is Tammy. I would not recommend coming here."
