"My sister called the Union Avenue location just now. The Receptionist/Appointment clerk was very rude and abrupt. She did not provide any information that was helpful regarding a referral for my Mother’s appointment. I had to call the PCP for further information. She acts as though she hates her job and this entire conversation was on speakerphone. This is definitely not a great representation of your organization."

"This place is the biggest joke! Dr. Sorone sets up appointments for you to come back for results.. walks in with his lip curled up asking why you are there?!? Lmao! Sir! You made this appointment. He didn’t have the results but I sure had my blood taken! Then I had to wait 3 months for him to FIND the results. I go back. He was cold with the awful diagnosis I had. Not informative. His front staff REFUSES to answer the phone.. ive watched it while being in the waiting room. And from having to call back to back to back.. and they WILL not answer. Sorone told me just not to call anymore when I mentioned it to him. Said that his staff up front aren’t good at answering the phone hahahahah! I’ve been needing my medical records for 4 weeks! They still have not sent them through email! I’m planning on calling to HR and letting them know what is happening.. I’ve been giving the run around since last august with these money hungry people. I pay too much money for my health insurance to be THIS mistreated."

"Staff was not friendly at all. I work at a providers office and called to get medical records for a future patient. They put me on hold immediately without asking. Finally the operator transferred me to medical records after she cut me off, they said they would "get to it when they could" when I faxed patient information to them 1 week ago. Very dissatisfied with how a providers office treats another providers office who is helping their patient."
