"I took a friend, who likes this place. They now have 2 self check outs, which has made it worse by far! First not a employee in sight, not even 1 cashier. I am a seasoned self check out customer. However the customer in front of me, had no idea, how to do, but had no choice! I, gladly helped him out, which he greatly appreciated, which was fine. I. however couldn't get a item to scan, with no call button nor any employees insight, I didn't buy the item. Self check out, is supposed to make it faster, but not to ignore. Your customer!"

"The troglodyte manager met us at the door to tell us we couldn't go in and it was 10 minutes till closing. then her and the cashier decided to change out of their work clothes right in plain view of public. The door says 9:00 p.m. closing but apparently it closes at 8:50 definitely not impressed with the customer service."

"The store was super clean and looks like better organized than I've seen in the past. Always super friendly and helpful staff."

"The dollar trees here in the rogue valley are really not stocked well with what’s popular online. There is a huge amount of crafters that focus on dollar tree. Your stores are losing a lot of money having such poorly stocked shelves and not the best experience. It’s very grungy and cheap feeling as opposed to say grants pass where it’s beautiful."

"This was a terrible experience at this location tonight. The clerk was acting very strangely to the point of looked like she was being harassed by customers. She was saying strange things about people getting their change and she'll give it to them when she gives it to them. I thought a customer was being rude but I found out it was the clerk acting weird. The customer in front of me takes to me outside about it. I asked her if the clerk was OK. She said the same thing, that she was saying things to customers that were inappropriate. After I was done, I said thank you but she didn't say anything. I said it again and she looked at me but still couldn't even say you're welcome."
