"We went for my nephew's birthday. We did not rent the party room, this was more just general fun since none of us had been there before. There were lots of fun things to do, a small interactive ride, a movie theater, playground and building stations everywhere. Fun for kids of various ages. I think the price for entry was fair, but I was a little disappointed with the lack of attention from some parents. They have a laser maze room, but kids kept hiding in there, so we were never able to do it. For adults, the Bay area recreation was very cool. Some of the moving parts were not working. But overall that was pretty amazing to see our local landmarks remade in Legos. Wish I could have built it, it was very fun. There is a cafe that is pretty expensive. This place is not a full day event, we left just before noon because it started getting more crowded and rambunctious. There is also a Lego store on your way out of the center. I don't think there were any special Legos you couldn't buy elsewhere, but maybe I'm wrong. Now if the Winchester Mystery House was there I'd be real poor right now. 4 stars because there are no attendants at the laser maze, it's really one of two things adults can do for fun."
"We hosted our kid’s 8 th birthday Party here . Overall the kids had a blast. the party hosts and front office staff were very helpful and friendly. They allow guests to come in 2 hours prior to the party start time. The kids enjoyed the variety of activities and rides etc. The parents of older kids ( 5+)can just sit and chat in the corner and let the kids can hang out and play where ever which is nice since it’s an enclosed space. Kids can easily spend 3-4 hours. Cons- they do not allow outside food not even Cake. They provide pizza and drinks and cupcakes so that is all, nothing extra. - they are very strict on the number of ppl . 25 ppl only are allowed inside the party room so even if u pay extra for admission they won’t allow them inside the birthday room."
"My daughter’s family came Australia here on holiday, so I took my 6 year old granddaughter here. She had an amazing time. The place is a lot bigger than you think. She loved the 4D movies!! There is so much to do. There’s a huge pirate ship that the kids can go climb. It’s hard to believe all the buildings and cities are made with LEGOS! This is a must see and do if your kids love LEGOS. There are chairs throughout the place, so you can take a rest while the kids play. The cafe has snacks and Starbucks coffee also."
"Legoland Discovery center is a treat for Lego lovers and amusement lovers alike. Even if kids don't spend much time building stuff, they still have plenty of entertainment from lazer maze to train ride, 3D movie, soft play area in form of a pirate ship, a mini land displaying bay area made from tiny Legos by the Lego builder. It houses a cafe inside with several snack options and didn't find it too expensive. Visit to the Discovery center was fun during their brick and treat (Halloween event) where they offered kids with a gift pack to build their own Lego pumpkin, then bracelets made of Lego dots as well as tattoos and lolly pop. Would recommend. Visit to Legoland Discovery center comes free with Legoland Elite Season pass. They also have a birthday party hall."
"Pretty cool place. Kids would definitely enjoy. Been here for a private event. They organized a lego tutorial for kids to build a small spacecraft. The artifacts were really good."
