"didn't have the products on the shelf(pegs were empty) needed to ask at the counter, wait for them to find it, then find out they couldn't ring up more than 3 at a time per transaction... kind of annoying."

"This particular location in Milpitas does not have a lot on display other than computer related items. We came in looking for TV stands and they do not have any there. You have to check out their website. Be sure you call first and ask for what you need before visiting them. Other than that the staff there are helpful and professional."

"I went to go see in person the ps5 and xbox series x. I am unsure which to buy. There were no hands-on displays, but what's making me put 5 stars is the great customer service I received from Best Buy team member Ash. I saw her helping someone, and when she passed by, I asked for help. She immediately began answering my questions regarding the differences between the two consoles. I had a great experience although I am still trying to decide."

"It’s not the biggest Bestbuy but the main reason I give them 5 stars is bc they have a great staff. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I want to particularly acknowledge Andrew L, their supervisor, who really provides a calm demeanor and is super helpful. He is who you want as part of your team and really helped me as I bought everything over a span of a year, to upgrade my place."

"Great location, easy to find, very clean and organized electronics store located in Milpitas. Everyone here was really nice, despite being short staffed due to the labor shortage. The parking lot was relatively safe since this is far away from most city centers. If you’re looking for something specific, I’d recommend you look on the BestBuy app and confirm that it’s at this store. Many of the shelves were empty due to probably staff shortages so I had to ask them to fetch what I wanted from the back. Shop online and pick up here, probably the best approach right now. Still better than amazon because you can get it within hours and check it out before purchasing!"
