"Where to start? The large washers in the front don't fill with water where you put soap in. So,if you're not familiar with the place you must bail water into top to get soap to go down to clothes inside. Drug deals going down right in front of building. Bathroom is filthy and usually has no toilet paper. The woman who cleans in the evening is extremely rude to customers. She puts up a bunch of snarky handwritten signs and generally treats customers like idiots when they ask questions. To close, the place is a dump that ought to be overhauled top to bottom or simply closed for good."
