"Was charged for pumping out a septic tank to find out months later when sewage was bubbling out of the ground and calling another company, that the tank wasn't pumped out. Their business phone isn't working properly to leave a message. When a person pays to have a septic pumped it should have been done, expecting a refund to pay to have it done."
