"Asked for aggressively layered hair from front to back, no straight lines or bowl cut, gave example pictures of what I wanted and STILL got a bowl cut.. Not even in the same ball field of the pictures I had. No layers whatsoever. Have the professionals do it, don’t cheap out it really shows. I mean this place is seriously horrible. For whatever reason I still tipped her."

The person who cut my hair, I think their name was Melissa, was very cheery and kind to me, and they did an amazing job on my hair.
