"I first started going to Lavish nails and Spa about 2 years ago. I was impressed by how well they did my nails. Recently I went in 2 times, once in July and once in August & was very disappointed. The man that did my pedicure in July did a bad job, considering I bought the full package and paid $45. In August I had a lady do another pedicure and she did an even worse job than the man, also paying 45.00 for one of the more deluxe pedicures. She decided to just skip skip 2 steps in the 6 step process of the pedicure. In all the years I have gotten pedicures this has never happened. Go figure! I guess I should have told the manager and asked for a full refund. It was my birthday so I just decided to shine it on. It wasn't worth getting all riled up about. I'm never going back to them again!"
