"Just a negative experience with this place: I called to see if they had availability for a same day appointment, 90 min massage. They did and booked me over the phone with their masseuse, Robin at 3pm. I arrive at the facility and they check me in.Very shortly after the girl at front desk says, " is robin coming in today?" Another voice across the room says " she's not in today." Talking in front of me as if I was not there. After a bit, the owner comes up to me and introduces herself and says they had a "snafu" and Robin actually was on maternity leave and she found out just 20 mins ago (lol ok). She then asked me if I would like to sit in their automated massage chair as a complimentary option (even bigger LOL) or reschedule. 1. If that was the case about your masseuse, why is it that NO ONE called me to tell me this so I wouldn't drive all the way over there???Poor communication. 2. Speaking in front of a customer like that is very unprofessional. Go in the back room and sort your business out. 3. Why would I want to reschedule and give money to a business that clearly has trouble with their operations and customer service. It's a shame because I actually have gone here in the past for multiple services (massage,facial,lashes) and those experiences were fine. However, the last massage I received was from Stephanie where I was left with scratches all over my back and I chose not to leave a review for that. I feel like this place has really gone down hill over the years. I won't be giving this place another chance."

"Every time I have come to Ella Blue Spa, I have loved it!! Today Julie gave me the Cryo facial with the take a decade off and oh my goodness!!! My skin feels and looks so tight and incredible. This is also the first time I’ve met Julie (the owner). She was so fun to talk to and is really so down to earth and really cares about her clients and business!!! I will definitely be coming back"

"Great little day spa!! All of the ladies were super friendly and accommodating. They offer a wide variety of services and all very reasonable priced. If you like to pamper yourself regularly, they offer a monthly pass that will give you discounted prices on their services. The facility itself could use some updating/maintenance to improve the overall experience, but the few minor things I noticed didn’t detract too heavily from my time there. I would definitely return!!"
