"I was contemplating writing this, however I really think it’s best I put it out there. Please don’t get a bleach job done here if you have dark colored hair, especially a dark brown to black tone. I went in fully expecting a balayage and came back with very orange colored bleach hair. It was traumatizing, to say the least. While the vibes of the salon were wonderful, I am now stuck with this brassy colored hair, to the point that I’ve had to order a semi-permanent dye just to cover it up. I even tried toning it with purple shampoo and it’s still very orangey. My hair has patches as well, it’s just a horrible mess. I’m really saddened, because it seemed as though they knew what they were doing and I was very excited to have new hair before the new year. I’m sure for a quick blowdry or haircut, this is a great salon to go to, but for bleaching conditions — I’d say look somewhere else. Really disappointing."
