"Terrible customer service. Cabinets don't match. 3 different colors of white when put together. Colors are not consistent. I been shorted hinges before. They shorted me 5 handles by accident. They made me pay for them again. Way to lose a customer over $8 when it cost me much more to drive up here not including time. I been fed up with them a while. It is ridiculous dealing with the people and their products. Expect multiple trips to return bad cabinets and unusable trim. Don't waste your time"

"The only reason I gave them one star was because I can’t give them zero stars. I stood there for a half an hour and I was invisible to them even though I asked if they could help many times. I was sent there to pick out and pay for my new countertops buy my installer. Not only were they extremely rude and seemingly disinterested in me, but allowed people who came in after me to get in front of me. This went on until I finally left. No one cared about that either. I had $2000 in my pocket to give them which was apparently meaningless to them. I don’t think I’ll do business with a place where the salesmen have a tip jar in front of them they want you to feed, or a half of a pot of cold black coffee which displays a homemade five dollar a cup sign. Don’t waste your time."

The prices are really affordable but if they failed to provide better customer service I dont think purchasing with them is a good idea. They deserve 0.0001 star"
