"I placed an order online. It was 2- 2 item plate, both with shrimp almond and Mongolian beef. Both those plates where very small portions and. They were not worth the value. When I picked up the item no one gretted or assisted me with my pick up. Looks now I will have t stay with my neighborhood Chinese place than order from a franchise. Especially the on at Chino Hills."

"Ordered a kids meal, it had 2 pieces of meat, all broccoli. I asked if we can add more and i was told no, that’s the amount for a kids meal. Two pieces of meat for $12 meal?! Wow! Service was awful , food was disappointing, if I could give a “zero” rating I would ."

"I mobile ordered the Black Angus Steak and Walnut Shrimp 2-Item Entree. When I arrived to pick up my food, the staff was super friendly and the food came out super fresh and was ready for me to take. I decided to stay in the restaurant to eat and I noticed that the Black Angus Steak entree didn't have any actual pieces of meat/steak. I went to the front counter and mentioned to them the concern. They went ahead and gave me a few pieces for me to have and try out. Personally, I think that shows they truly care about the customer and they don't want any to go unsatisfied. Thanks Panda!"
