McDonald's

"This place needs better control of making their orders correctly. Went to the drive thru and ordered 4 items. Got home and 2 items were missing. I gave them a call and was told to come back and they will give me the 2 items that were missing. When I get there the cashier gives me attitude and told me they’re only going to replace 1 item. I told her why if I payed for all 4. I said let me talk to the manager and all she said was “you can talk to her when she comes:” all these females have foochie faces I swear. All stuck up and rolling eyes for what. Not my fault all you guys messed up the order or are unhappy and then when someone confronts you about it they act all childish. I’ve worked in fast food before so I know how it can be. But to have no type of proper communication and behavior with your customers is unacceptable. All these females need to fix their faces and attitudes and get trained when it comes to dealing with situations like that. I wish I gotten all their names so I can mention them on here. When I FINALLY got my replaced items the gm didn’t even say a word. Shows just how unprofessional they are."

"NEVER IN MY LIFE, have I had a single McDonald's EVER get my specific order details correct, no pickles on the burgers, warm up the cookies, That's why I had to make it a point that for the first time ever. I had a McDonald's actually get it right! no pickles an cookies warm, FINALLY a smile on my face:) Excellent staff I only give it 4 stars because it's McDonald's. It's not like you're going into a 5 star restaurant, which. By the way, they do exist, go to Berlin Germany, and your McDonald's will have a fireplace chandeliers. And see you like any other 5 star restaurant."

"FYI, my rating is based on other Fast food places not a general restraunt rating. This Mc Donald's is exactly as you would expect from any fast food place. The staff is usually very polite besides one issue with an employee being extremely rude when taking our money. She told us a total that was obviously not ours so we explained it was the wrong order. She rolled her eyes and said, "That's what my scree tells me, so that's what you owe." We tried again to explain we only ordered a shake and some fries so our total couldn't be thirty- something dollars. Shockingly, she said, "I'm gonna have to ask you to leave if you won't pay." And she wouldn't even get the manager for us, so we DID leave. The next time we went we didn't see her and haven't since so I'm guessing she wasn't there very long. The food is the best you can expect from a Mc D's. The inside is usually very clean. And the employees always deal with rude customers very patiently."

"Staffs are really nice. I come here very often to get happy meals for toys. When I ordered two or three happy meals and they gave me the same toy without notice, they’re really nice and happy to change it for me. Food is good with no doubt. They open 24/7"

"The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because it's unhealthy. Do I like the taste of McDonald's food? Yes! Do they have trouble landing the cheese on top of the burger? Yes!! Does it matter? No. The food was tasty. 2nd visit... there is a fly in here who keeps landing on my legs as I sip my soda! Not worried about germs, just irritating!!"
