"I don’t even know how this blend can be ok. This is just terrible and didn’t even notice it until my gf showed me. This has to be the worst cut I’ve gotten, in the last 5 years. I now got to go to my original barber to recover this tragedy. Also the cut was done in 30 mins. I just wanted to get out of there at that point. If your a guy trying to get a haircut from this place, I would avoid it 100%"

"KT salon is top tier and the stylists are great. Both Kien and Jin have cut my hair exactly to my liking everytime I go in. I've tried many different barbers around LA and was a bit cautious listening to my girlfriend's suggestion of going to a 'salon'. Glad I listened. I now only go to this salon. I nearly fall asleep everytime it is so relaxing."

"This review is ONLY about the stylist named Don. He was awful to my best friend, making racist comments about her ethnicity and bullying her the entire appointment. He constantly brought up her being “late” which wasn’t even true. She made a same day appt and was asked to come in asap. She let them know she’d be there in about 20 min. If he didn’t have time, don’t take the appointment and do not take the money. Instead, he refused to wash her hair before cutting because he “didn’t have time” and made her feel like he didn’t have time to style her hair after either. He said LA people are so “flaky” because he felt she was late. Which again, she was not late in the first place. He provided poor service and awful customer service. My friend left in tears and we had to call the receptionist back to complain and ask for a refund. I can understand having a bad day, but what even is this??? Bad service and a bad attitude. NYC speciality or what. LA doesn’t need this. I’m sure everyone else at the salon is great, the receptionist is nice and owner even called to apologize but dang."

"Kien is a great artist, he transformed my daughters hair into a princess! Her hair was a mess. She had really long hair, dead ends, and a lot of volumen. The best of all is that he didn’t used any chemical or dyes- all natural. He did wonderful work and transformed her hair! Thank you very much! Highly recommend!"
