I thought you were more of a twinky.” Shocked, I replied “A what?” To which she stated, “You know, a banana!” During my time in the US I’ve never personally experienced racism. However I was shocked at the amount of audacity, lack of respect, and disregard for boundaries this woman showed. A good haircut means nothing when the stylist is downright rude."
