"I went in to get a keratin complex treatment and unfortunately came out looking exactly the same or a little worse. I was charged basically double, which I understand due to my long and thick hair, but when I was getting the treatment on the lower part of my hair and ends, they were basically dry with no product on. So, I'm a little disappointed having spent a lot on something that wasn't worth it at all. The lady was nice and the place is beautiful, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. I’m sure they do great hair blowouts, but I would not recommend getting the keratin complex treatment."

"I want to share my recent experience at this salon. I must admit I was a little disappointed with the outcome. I had hoped for a fully straight result, but I noticed some waves at the end that weren't what I had in mind. The girl did ask me what I wanted and I did tell her that I wanted it straight. I understand that there was another client waiting, and I don't want to be a burden, but I also felt a bit rushed throughout the service. Another girl started helping her do my hair. In which I appreciate. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the issue until I got home and looked in the mirror. I felt rushed to pay and leave. I want to clarify that I'm not seeking a refund, but I Called about an hour later yesterday to see if it was possible for the manager or anyone to schedule a fixing or redo of the service to achieve the straight look I had initially wanted. The girl on the line said that the Manager was not there and she did not know the policies. She said the manager would call me back in 15 minutes. This was yesterday. I have been calling them today and they are ignoring my calls. Obviously, this is not important to them. As I already paid $42 for this plus the tip. I heard there's a dry bar opening up soon. And I can't wait to try that 1 because I'm not going back here. Hair still looks curly"
