"Saw an ad on the street for Chili Cheese Fries and said to myself don't do this to me. But since I love Chili Cheese Fries I went to order some. It is annoying to assume everyone speaks Spanish to the point they have to ask again in English but that isn't the point. The good part is they made a fresh batch of fries but right when the worker was bringing it out to me, he takes a phone call and rather than put it on hold for a minute, had me waiting for my fresh fries that are now getting cold. I had to get up a few minutes later to retrieve them from other working who of course speaks Spanish at first to me. I guess they don't know how to prioritize with their in person customers and phone customers."
