"We went here for lunch. The service was horrible. We waiting at the front of the line while the worker walked around and didn't even acknowledge we were there.when she decided to come and take our order, we asked for Brown rice which in on the menu and available at all other Panada's l, she informed us that they don't have it at their store or the mixed veggies. So we got white rice. We then asked for our entress and almost everything had a 15 minute wait. I could understand this, but there was no line before us and it 12pm and almost everything was empty and clean which means they haven't even made it for the day. I would highly recommend going to another location."
"Pretty disappointed in the staff, they literally served the teriyaki chicken to customers just how it looked. The chicken looked as if was sitting for hours on the warmer."
