"First of all I would like to say I do like International Door Closer products and also recommend them to others. On the other hand. This is my first experience dealing with any type of negative customer service from IDC. I ordered a simple 44Ci complete arm assembly and ask Yolanda if it came with the parallel bracket (she told me yes)! Got my delivery today. NO! Parallel bracket. Called to talk to her about it, All she wanted to do was argue with no solution given to me. Now, my customer will have to wait most likely 3-4 more days for delivery to get his door in complete operation order. Food for thought! Always listen to customers and don't talk over them to make your point even if your you are right or wrong. Talked to my customer and told him the other part did not come in. He is understanding . But, not happy!"
"Very helpful, knowledgeable sales staff. Got me exactly what I needed. They sell wholesale only, but set me up with an online company to get what I needed. The wait was minimal and the front desk person was quite knowledgeable and polite. I have used these closers in the past and have always been quite satisfied."
