"I recently did my kitchen remodel and also got carpet from them , I had heard good things about them from a friend who had his foooring done with them few years ago and I was not disappointed ! Everything was scheduled and done fast and flawless , They delivered what ever was agreed if not better, Price was reasonable and the installers were professional . I highly recommend them ."

"Do NOT use this unprofessional business. They took 140 days to complete a small kitchen. Days between each phase. Workers do not have the proper tools. They can't measure or drill a hole in the right spot/see pics. They brought all my cabinets unwrapped, in the back of a pickup truck. Used my bathroom and peed all over the toilet and tile. Workers cannot speak or communicate well, and ALL of their work was crooked, sloppy, and amateur. A year later drawer handles are breaking and falling off and I'm still seeing new problems, such as all the drawers are mounted crookedly. My dishwasher has a piece of wood on rt. side, but the left? is missing same trim piece. I should have known when the salesperson had handwritten his name over another card and a guy was arguing about his commission check in the managers office. They are cheap and their work is too....all the touch-up paint has come off and I'm seeing more things they screwed up. One word for Universal Carpet - AVOID."

"Quality of products is great. However, it's taking more than one month to complete 2 bathrooms (1 full, 3/4, 1/4). They are standard size bathrooms. The organization and scheduling of the contractors is very poor. I still cannot use the bathroom that was started first! It is not the lack of products, but scheduling of contractors. I am still waiting to have one of the projects completely done."

"First...floors look great. Holding up well, good quality. Reason I'm giving one star is lack of customer service and warranty coverage. Very frustrating to hear that the strips that are installed between kitchen and family room as well as sliding doors have come up less than one year after installation. Technician claims that it was due to significant water damage. Of course he came right after we had a lot of rain (last month). The biggest problem is that this issue happened months before we had rain. Just got bad enough where we had to call the warranty company. My argument was that the appearance of water damage was from the heavy rains we had over the past few months. However, the rain was not the cause of the strips to come up. I believe this is the case because the strip between the kitchen and the family room came up as well. This did not show any signs of water damage according to the technician. I believe that it was improper installation causing the strips to come up. Disappointing that you have a warranty but there are too many hoops to jump through to get it covered. I have worked for large and small companies in my career and understand that good customer service and warranty coverage are critical to keep long-term customers. I will not be recommending this company to anyone and would caution if you get floors installed. There are plenty of flooring companies out there and I would recommend using them instead of this company."
