"I have purchased here a few times now and didn’t have any problems. This morning I had the misfortune of arriving to find that there were no sales representatives around at 8am. After waiting about 20 minutes, Maria arrives and when I try to ask for help with a quote on some cabinets I was met with a rude and unwelcoming attitude. She claimed that she had just arrived and that I would have to wait then she goes on to say that I actually have to wait for the rep who sold to me last who had not arrived yet. Maybe Maria needs to be retrained when it comes to customer service if she is going to work with people. Otherwise you’re going to continue to lose sales and customers."
