My tile is known as “arabesque 9A“ in the charcoal color. I used a black sanded grout and my tile setter used a 6 foot level to keep the rows straight. One of my favorite attributes of this tile is that there is organic variation from one tile to the next, so you’ll want an experienced Tile Setter to work their magic with these glorious tiles!"

I reported the issue to the company sent photos and they will not refund my money. This is the quality of their workmanship see photos. It’s too bad they don’t take pride in their work or care that their customers receive a quality product that they’re satisfied with."
