"For delivery in a semi truck and dry van. Make sure your appointment time, but they received early too. I have a 2pm appointment and they call me inside 12 o'clock, 2 hours early. Overnight parking around the building, too many cars parked on the street and it's your luck. I park my truck on the back side of the building and the forklift guy knocked on my door at 6am, I check- in @ office and the same thing happened appointment 2pm. But the forklift guy came out and you have to follow the forklift guy. It's kind of a puzzle but a good space for a semi truck and trailer. Dock at the very end of the building . Easy back up, no problem and in 25 minutes delivery done. I don't know about washroom. Overall good, but it's appointment time, and little tight area."

"FANTASTIC customer service. Extremely friendly. Major props to Ethan and Angel. I came in at the end of the day for a small order on some 2x10 KD. Only a couple hundred bucks worth of wood. The lengths that I needed had gotten soaked in the rain yet the guys bent over backwards to find dry ones in the dimension I needed to help me fill the small order I had. And they were also .70 cents a foot cheaper than the only other place I could find this material. I’m really happy with the friendly customer service I got. Thank you."
