"Good guys very professional they color match on the spot, at this store they also sell C2 paint that is comparable to Benjamin Moore in quality, they also sell everything for my painting needs."
"Great staff! They know their stuff. Trust them."
"I found Mike to be eager to share tidbits from his 40 yrs of experience selling paint. He asked a lot of picky questions about the situation that I needed paint for, explaining, "That's my job—in order to give you what will work best for you." He has a dry, sardonic wit, which might rub someone the wrong way. In my own case, it matched my appreciation of life's ironies."
"I have been shopping here for YEARS (well before it became Vista Paints) and I have always had excellent customer service. Mostly, I have been working with George, who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Today, I had to misfortune to have Mike (skinny white guy) help me. He was so rude, treated me with disrespect and disdain. Even after I pointed out his poor communication (I said communication because I was trying to not escalate the problem by calling him a jerk!), He still did not adjust his interaction with me. So I said that I would return when George was back in the store. He said: "ya, good idea ". Then as I left, he made another rude comment that maybe he thought I didn't hear. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Maybe Mike is having a bad day, maybe he has a problem with women, I don't know. I will continue shopping here but I will call ahead to make sure George is available."
"My buddy George hooked me great as usual. New company , same knowledgeable, friendly staff. I always get my paint and supplies here when in this area. Can't go wrong using this place."
