"Business laughed at me over the phone because I called and asked if they had an appointment available for the next day. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. She is booked out for a month for her regulars but with that kind of attitude I guess I won’t be a regular. I was willing to book for another date but she didn’t even give me the option. Apparently she’s got enough business to just be plain out rude to people. Left a bad taste in my mouth I wouldn’t give her any business with an attitude like that. I could only imagine how she would treat my dogs."
