"I recently received the Worst experience in this store. The customer service was good in the beginning, until I placed and paid for the order and from there everything else went downhill. The Guy they called the boss and one of his employees yelled, screamed and belittled me after I explained to them the specifications and the design of the Screen Slider Door that I ordered was not what made, nor wood it fit on my door. It cost me $197 that I had to pay upfront and did not anticipate any problems with the order since they fulfilled similar orders for other customers I took their word and the fact that, the store review shows a 5 Stars I did not anticipate any problems. The two guys i worked with had no patience with me and refused to offer any type of resolution or even issue any type of refund, except yelling and screaming at me over the phone and face to face. The only solution that Boss offered very very loudly and rude was to take him to Court!!"

I've been coming here for years, and the service has always been top notch - they really show you proper service (unlike the zombies at Home Depot). Really amazing family-owned business.
