Dogtopia of Green Hills is a premier dog daycare, boarding, and spa facility located at 4004 Hillsboro Pike in Nashville, Tennessee. Our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment for your four-legged family members while you are away. Our modern, open-play facility is designed to meet all of your dog's needs, including socialization, exercise, and education.
At Dogtopia, we understand that your dog is a member of your family, and we treat them as such. Our certified Canine Coaches are trained in canine behavior and ensure that your dog is in a playroom with dogs of similar size, temperament, and play style. Your dog's safety is our top priority, and we take every precaution to ensure they are happy, safe, and comfortable during their time with us.
We offer webcams in every playroom so you can check in on your pup throughout the day, giving you peace of mind while you are away. Our facility is equipped with climate-controlled HVAC systems, compressed rubber flooring for joint and paw health, and regular deep cleaning to ensure a clean and safe environment for your furry friend.
In addition to daycare and boarding services, we also offer spa treatments as part of our packages. Your dog will have a fun and active day with us, and you'll pick up a happy and tired pup at the end of the day.
The Dogtopia Foundation supports programs that enable dogs to positively change the world, including Service Dogs for Veterans, Therapy Dogs for Students, and Employment Initiatives for Adults with Autism. "I used to take my dog here and they were incredible! However, it seems they need some deep managerial changes. They do not actively communicate to customers like they used to, and recently used the excuse of "the phone lines have been acting weird" when I have called several times and left messages regarding my dog's boarding appointment with no return phone calls. I hope that I can return as a customer one day, but now they are not organized enough for me to trust that my dog would receive quality care."
"Went here for TWO DAYS and i so regret it. THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME THE WRONG DOG. They are almost impossible to get ahold of, i had to call soo many times. The live cameras never worked. The wait time to pick up and drop off was crazy. Most importantly, after 2 days i wanted to switch locations because of how disappointed i was here. They still charged me. For services i’m not even using. The other location is so much nicer. And apparently bad things are always heard about Green Hills one. I see why, they have not once reached out about any of the issues after I submitted my concerns through a feedback form."

Although each place is unique, there is a consistency of care through Dogtopia that I love and trust. Green Hills has an amazing staff that are kind, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and care about my dog and their work. I see the benefit of my dog going to consistent daycare when she is at home, hiking, neighborhood walk, as well as the local dog park. Lorna and her team are amazing and would 10/10 recommend."
