"Carlos was very professional and friendly. He explained the process to me and all the parts that would be required. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it, even though he could not complete the job in the original timeframe because I did not have enough tile and had to order more. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but Carlos helped make design decisions that really made it look professional. One piece I did not realize, was that having to rip off and replace the baseboards would require a bit of caulking and painting after the tile was installed. My fault, not his. I would recommend Carlos for a porcelain tile install anytime."
