"Zero stars. I called them and requested someone to come out and measure for doors. They sent someone out who quoted the job and I paid 40% down with the balance due upon installation. Now they tell me that the person they sent out was fired and they never received my order or the down payment. To add insult to injury, they are accusing me of defrauding them instead of the employee they fired. I have the original order of Johnston Millwork order form and yet they want to make me part of their internal mismanagement. BEWARE!!"
