"I would not recommend them. Carpet quality is fine and it is cut well and fits, but I can feel occasional small lumps under the new carpet that I guess are bits of the old padding and pieces of carpet that didn't get cleaned up before they laid the new carpet. They were also punctual and friendly, but I found a lot of staples and dirt on the wood floor of two of the closets. I paid plenty for them to move furniture, but then they asked me if I could finish moving it myself. When I asked them to finish, they did so right away, but I shouldn't have had to insist. They also knocked a picture off the wall and broke the frame, and instead of telling me, they set it out of the way, so I wouldn't notice until after they left. I think the men laying the carpet didn't really know what service had been contracted and my customer service was short changed by the lack of communication between the manager/owner and the carpet-layers."
