But beyond that, we appreciated their organizational and communication skills; Leontin had definite plans for what he wanted to accomplish each day of the week, and every Friday evening, he told us what he would accomplish the following week. We also appreciated that he asked us our preferences for how small things should be set up, rather than just guessing and hoping for the best. In challenging situations, he went to great lengths to find the best possible outcome given time and budget constraints. We would gladly hire them again for future projects."
