"Where do I even begin? Rafael has completed over $200k of major renovations between two homes. These renovations included interior and exterior paint, new flooring-hardwood and carpet, new tile, removing walls, custom kitchen island with a custom cat feeding station, complete major kitchen and bathroom remodels, new custom cabinetry in kitchen and bathroom, plumbing, electrical-Sulca’s carpets literally did EVERYTHING!!
