"They just replaced the flooring in my apartment. They did a really sloppy job on the carpet and the linoleum. My kitchen has some extremely squeaky floorboards in certain areas. I asked them to address this before installing the linoleum, they didn't. They just installed it. When I complained they said I'll have to get a flooring expert out here to inspect it. Wait a minute, aren't they flooring experts? Not really, the installers barely spoke any English. I know they understood me about the squeaky floor because they were talking about using inch and a half staples to do this. It didn't work. The floor is still extremely squeaky. I'm pretty sure they get paid per job, so being that they wanted to get paid, they just did a really quick sloppy job. Unfortunately, I had to leave after letting them in. No contractor came out. When I called and complained, they just argued with me. They try to deal directly with apartment management so they don't have to deal with the tenants who actually live with their sloppy work. As far as the carpet, there are several spots where the padding "dips", as if theres a square about the size of the front of your foot that fits in a little spot where there's no padding underneath. I have probably come arcross 2 or 3 of these since they did the install. This is for a 900 square foot apartment."

"Not professional at all sent 2 men on a floor to do vinyl and carpet in bedrooms did it in 2 day these guys did not speak English used vinyl planks in the wrong areas messed my toilets up didnt install wax wrings properly caused the toilet to leak all over in the front bathroom. Installed vinyl where carpet was suppose to go. Got mad at us when we asked them to stop because they were not putting carpet in the bedrooms. Not speaking english made it difficult because we where trying to explain and he kept saying he didn't understand. Baseboards where horrible took off the 55 1/4 in and put 3 1/4 and left it with holes and unpainted. HORRIBLE! Came bake to fix all that and haven't replaced the bathroom planks yet. I myself will never recommend any work."

"Roussos Construction has been renovating our homes here in The Arbors at Antelope. From day one back in July 2019 when we (tenants) received notification this renovation was going to occur, Roussos Construction has been helpful, informative and accessible to me with any questions or concerns I have had. The siding replacement on my home was done last week. I am so pleased with with work crew! They have been courteous, polite and cleaned up during and after the siding process. The project manager has gone above and beyond my expectations to keep me updated with specific details as well as continually being accessible for further questions."

"They have been doing remodels on the homes at the arbors at antelope for over a month and they are allowing the crew to leave nails and screws everywhere, trash they bring in everywhere, gates left open daily allowing residents dogs to roam free around the community, breaking electrical connections ruining fridges full of food with little more than a sorry and they will talk to the construction supervisor and still zero is being done to correct this laundry list of issues. One construction crew member ever verbally assaulted a disabled woman over and over and over. This is the kind of work you can expect when the only determining factor on who wins the bid is who is the cheapest bid. No accounting for professionalism no accounting for quality of work and no accounting of company responsibility to the renter of the home they are working on and the resulting renovation is so sup par it was not even close to being worth the disrespect and headache caused. I for one will never use Rousso''s Flooring and Painting for anything and I urge everyone reading this to do the same."
