"First visit was pleasant, simple to order, but they loaded me up with the wrong materials, noticed at the jobsite an hour away. So taken the time to return and swap out for the right materials, again returned to the jobsite and it was wrong again. Close, but wrong. Returned again to the store another day, more man hours and fuel wasted and they say they don't have what I originally wanted and charge me a restocking fee on top of it all. What a horrible experience. UPDATE: After I filed a complaint, the manager called me to get clarity on the matter and refunded everything. So bringing it up to 3 stars and I will see what the future transactions are like."
