"Sophia really went above and beyond to help us today. Our painter used Dunn Edwards to paint the exterior of our house about a year ago. We needed some touch-up paint. and unfortunately we didn't remember the sheen or specific type of paint that was used. Sophia spent about a half hour with us combing through all of our painter's orders from the timeframe that our house was painted until she found the order that had our paint on it. It wasn't what we would have guessed just by looking at the paint, so it was a huge help. Thanks again for going out of your way to help us today, Sophia - we really appreciate it!"
