"When the local installer told someone I know a Tile Shower System could be installed including demolition in 3 days I was highly sceptical as were her neighbors but wow did they deliver. I was fortunate to be there as Mary had the system installed, we were impressed as were her neighbors especially the one who had just spent weeks having their shower redone. Not only was the system installed from demolition of the old system to complete install in 3 days but the shower was absolutely beautiful. Being a condo in the upscale part of Portland called the Pearl District anything less than the best simply isn't acceptable and I would recommend this system to anyone who wants superior quality. One thing that was cool was as they came into install shower I noticed the shower had this panel system which is why it is so fast, the contractor was really nice to me and willing to explain how their panels are built with a backing that prevents water from getting into the wall even if there was no grout, the grout is still there to complete the look. I am not sure what else to say, I don't normally leave reviews but once I saw the bad one I felt it was important to share another point of view and experience. I am not saying the other person's experience is a fabrication but it does surprise me as the contractor was so nice to Mary and even me with all of my questions, they even allowed her an upgrade she asked for while they were doing the project and didn't charge her, which I thought was nice. Communication is so key and Mary might have been unhappy if she didn't make her request, after it was understood what the customer wanted she was taken care of. Ok rambling as I tend to do but as you can tell I was impressed and I am sure you would be as well, I remember Mary even saying the contractor could mail letters to the neighbors and mention her by name as she would be happy to help anyway she could. Ok still typing, lol ... will leave it at that, if you are looking for a tile shower system that is beautiful and better in the way it protects your home I would highly recommend this product and the contractor.
