"I had my fireplace retiled by Wally's Carpet & Tile. The fireplace turned out great. It was great working with them. Kevin was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The guy who did the fireplace (I think his name was Jessie) was a very nice guy. He kept me informed all day long, and always asked me how I wanted certain things done. I could tell from the moment he started working that he is a professional and knows what he is doing. I definitely would recommend Wally's."

"I called Wally's for an estimate on tile installation for my shower as well as flooring in my bathroom and master bedroom. They responded quickly and set up an appointment. The gentleman did come out and took measurements and guaranteed he would have the estimate ready within 1-2 days. We even talked about how it's so difficult to get someone to give estimates and then follow up because they really want to work. He told me he hears that all the time, but they always follow up and get the job done. Well, it's been over a week and no response. I emailed them after 3-4 days asking if my estimate was ready but the only response I received was from the crickets. No word from this company. Very disappointed with their lack of commitment. If you don't want the job, just day so. Don't waste my time having me wait for something that isn't forthcoming. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company."

"Tom from Wally’s carpet in Yucaipa was even more than I could have expected. He was professional, courteous and beyond helpful. I didn’t do a lot of shopping because I felt very comfortable and happy from the get go. "Wallys Carpet and Tile in Yucaipa were awesome and the best price! Tom gave us a much better price than our other 2 estimates. The installers Omar and Edgar did a beautiful job of laying the laminate. We have 2 rock fireplaces and they cut it out perfect. They even drove up to big bear after a heavy snow storm 2 days to work on our floors. Great Place!!!"

With so many awesome options, staff was kind and patient enough to let us take several samples home so we could compare and make the right choice.
