"My experience with Cali Bamboo's Vinyl Plank flooring was far from what I expected. After one year, the planks started showing early signs of wear, with broken tongues, grooves, and visible lifting, creating not just an eyesore but a safety hazard. Their solution? A quick visit from an inspector they paid for, who barely inspected anything and attributed the flooring issues to the use of a 3.2mm thick underlayment instead of the 2mm thickness they recommended. Considering the problems are only in high-traffic areas, their explanation doesn't hold up. This felt like a clear attempt to sidestep responsibility. Spare planks also crumble easily, contradicting their advertised quality. The company doesn’t back their product."

I had initially ordered North Shore Oak PRO Longboards Mute Step Extra Wide Click Vinyl Plank Flooring, and despite a few hiccups with the delivery, was eager to complete my project. Firstly, I would like to clarify that I did not refuse the shipment as previously indicated. In fact, I assisted the driver in hand-unloading every box myself. A photograph confirming the delivery is attached for your reference. Upon inspection, I discovered that some of the flooring planks were damaged. Specifically, the side of the boxes that shifted off the pallet showed noticeable damage. This was not merely cosmetic damage to the boxes; several planks from each box were in an unsuitable condition for installation. My installation team had no choice but to discard these unusable pieces. Given the situation, I reached out to your customer service to simply purchase two additional boxes to finish the job. My point of contact, Cali, has been notably unresponsive. I have made multiple attempts to connect via phone calls and have consistently been directed to voicemail. The lack of communication is not only frustrating but also delays my project considerably. I chose your company with the expectation of receiving a quality product backed by reliable customer service. Unfortunately, my experience so far has severely fallen short of that expectation. The combination of receiving a damaged product and the subsequent lack of customer support has been extremely disappointing. I request immediate attention to this matter. Please advise on how you plan to resolve these issues promptly."
