"As a contractor I would normally say this company is the best. Usually good service and able to find products that I cannot get anywhere else. But after all the times we have purchased and referred to this company, when it came down to some bad material and a warranty issue, they were no where to be found. The manager would hide and not take calls when I attempted to find out how to handle this. They did not back the product and ignored us for months. They all agreed that it was a bad material and wanted me to pay for all the removal and replacements along with everything else involved in the warranty issue. It ended up costing my company out of pocket to fix the warranty and they would not help. If you are willing to take the risk to find some unique products, then Emser is great. But just know they will not be there for you if they sell you a bad product."
