"The receptionist are kind and patient. Daniella showed me around and tell me about the items that are on sale. Their price for all materials are cheaper than other places and sometimes they have great deals on clearance items. The only thing is we wish they have more delivery truck available. There's only one guy/truck so sometimes it's busy or broken the wait time is much longer."

When I finished the project I had 9 6x12 went to yard guy for return I unloaded went to window Idell refused the return she said blocks were on sale no return she refused to give me a number for owner on the invoice it does not say that she was rude and did not accept it for 9 blocks will not give my business to this place after many years of supporting them bad business from office I was going to buy even more just left disappointed"

"Great Blocks. Great customer service in the office. The price was even better for us. I couldn't give them a five star because their driver came a day earlier and only called with a voicemail. The driver asked if he could leave it in the front of the house knowing no one was home. We had set up a certain day for drop off because it worked with our schedule. The driver finally came the right day but showed up 2 hours earlier with no phone call. Overall we are happy with our experience and would order again just to see if we experience the same issue. The office staff rock and try very hard to work with their customers."
