"Worst customer service I've experienced. Called the store to let them know which tile I needed from boneyard. Told them I'm omw and will be there right around 4pm. Got there at 4:01pm and they wouldn't help me. Told them I came from far and that I just need 10 tiles or so. They guy who was the manager or assistant manager refused to help me and said i'd need to come tomorrow. I asked him kindly to see if he has the tile as it isn't much and I'd pay cash. Still he didn't extend the courtesy to at least check for the tile. There were other orders being loaded so clearly people were there. To add insult to injury I told him I buy a million dollars worth of material a year and that I would take my business elsewhere for the lack of courtesy and he said go ahead. So RWC, you lost a great customer and a million dollars worth of revenue over an employee who didn't have the simple courtesy to check for 10 tiles when he took more time arguing with me."
