"Not easy on warranty through the 800# , I lost our dealer from the gov response re: CoViD . Everything I bought has basically been erased. It's like a miracle when I get a simple inexpensive tool replacement 50/50. I do love my Snap-On tools, but I did a little digging, harbor Frieght on the other hand has some very good wrenches and pliers with a 0% hassle, no story, WARRANTY, and they're up 2.7 billion in just the last 18mo! When my father got a ratchet replaced at sears, he'd come back the next week and buy a lawnmower or whatever. Home Depot also gives a very hard time , I broke a husky ratchet that was new, customer service nightmare! Down big #'s as well. We don't have a tool truck here! Make it easy and you'd save Snap-On , also get the next gen on board! It's that simple. (*the percentage of deceitful claims is estimated at less than .008 % less than 1/1000. ) Wiha tools has been fantastic, and I want the whole catalog now! Ok. Hope our oil gets turned back on, end rant."
