"I check in 8.30 am and immediately gave dock 1, but it’s very tight space for 53’ trailer. No yellow line marketing on the dock! It’s ok."
"I had to wait today 1 1/2 hours today just to pick up one box of flooring material. The lady aaprentlt got flustered with the couple other customers that were with me at the same time and forgot to enter my reference #. So I ended up just waiting and watching the 2 otber customers that came in after me leave. So I went back in and sure enough, I wasn't even in the queue. So I had to wait the another 20 or so minutes before my order came out. And this is their usual wait time. They are so inefficient in there and everybody was just slow moving."
