"It started out with a (1) star experience with Granada Kitchen. I made an appointment with Patrick to install my cabinets and twice he did NOT show up!!! As I came back to try to end my bad experience with Granada Cabinets and move on, Alan tried to mend the business relationship with another cabinet installer by the name of Jonathan. I said OK, and give this one last shot. Jonathan came on time, he was very friendly and installed my kitchen cabinets in no time! Now I am having Jonathan installing my cabinets for the rest of my rental units! If you intend to install any cabinets, ask for Jonathan! He is the person to go to with confidence! "Bought cabinets for bathrooms and two counter top quartz. Early Sept.i asked if they were in stock. They said they can bring from orange county on Monday since I went there on sat. So I bought it . guy help me out was Cesar.( spelling might be wrong) on Monday called back and asked if they have it ready, cesar said yes its ready. I have contacted my contractor to pick it up. So my contractors went on sat to pick up since they didn't needed until weekend. Here comes the trouble. When contractor went to pick it up. It wasnt ready. Contractor called me saying the material I bought isn't ready. So I called Cesar and asked. He said it should be ready. So I told contractor it is all there, at least by cesar. Contractor saying it wasn't there they are missing 15" cabinet.( I bought 12" and 15") and asked me to talk to. Manager. So I did, manager saying 15" cabinet is not there. Seems like they have used it to other customer and didnt replace it. I ask Cesar to bring to me since they are one one who made mistake. They refuse. So i asked, to give me address and pick it up myself. When I came back to my house. Contractors were back at the house to to install. But two quartz counter top was missing so i asked where it was, contractor was saying manager didn't give it to them. So i called the manager and ask why, manager was saying he didnt have cesar to load the material to truck. I was surprised? What the F**K? He is manager and dont know how to load the material to a truck are they kidding me? I asked about my payment to contractor twice since they couldnt do it that day and have to come back other day to install it. The stupid manager said " I dont know, talk to Cesar about it" what da F**K? I asked Cesar and they are telling me its not their problem. What kinda of company work ethic is this?? I ask you google users, pls dont u see e this stupid company."

"I received the wrong cabinet when I picked it up 90 minutes from my house. I saw it when I got home and called to let them know the mistake. Caesar and Patrick both said to bring it back and I would be compensated for the time and gas to exchange the cabinet. When I got there, they refused to give a refund, called it my fault for not checking the cabinet they put in the car, and called me a liar, insinuating that I had stolen it and tried to exchange it for a better cabinet. I’m shocked that a $50 refund for gas wasn’t worth good costumer service and continued business with local business owner. The prices were great, the cabinet was a decent quality, but the management is so poor, I would never consider recommending or buying again."
