"I just left this store location. They denied renting a carpet cleaner to me for the day because they said it is for El Monte residents ONLY. Although I have rented here twice before as recently as last summer with same address on my ID!! The clerk went to back after looking at my ID few times then returned and said Bob said no. I asked who Bob was he said manager. I was puzzled explaining I was in their book already. They said sorry no.. El monte residents only I asked where did sign that.. They said there wasn't any. Avoid this store if you are not from El Monte!!! I attached pictures."
