"This is a throwback to the old fashioned Hardware Store from years ago, before the big box stores (Home Depot, etc) showed up. Fifty years ago, there ware half a dozen of them in the local area, now just two that I know of... I stopped in here recently for a special item. Noticed first that they have EVERYTHING .. the store is packed with every kind of item. Next, there was alot of helpful bilingual staff for such a small shop. Also noticed quite a few contractors in the aisles, shopping for hard to find items. I've been back several times now ... more conveniently located than the local big box places."

"Great customer service. Why do I say this? Usually, in smaller stores like these, someone is always following you around like if you're there to steal something. Not here. I was able to purchase 6 single screws instead of buying a whole box. The guy at the register asked me if I noticed the price for each screw and he took my word for it. I also bought some other things that I could've probably spent a little less at a bigger chain store but this was more convenient for me. I didn't mind spending the few extra bucks for the other items."
