"I was very unimpressed by the girls who were working here the day I came in to paint. I came in the week before Christmas and the place was packed- so much that initially there wasn’t even a table I could sit at. But instead of helping the customers the three girls working were just chatting with each other the entire time. And then their friends came in and they chatted with them for a while. And when they weren’t chatting they were on their phones. I was shocked by how little they actually did their jobs. Every time someone needed something they had to go out of their way to ask for help because these girls didn’t care at all about helping the customers. When I picked up the items there were 4 different employees who were much more attentive and helpful."
"We love this place very much. The staff is very polite. Large selection of figurines for coloring. Very good place to spend time with kids. We will come there again."
"I love this place! I've gone here a lot and overall have had nothing but good experiences! This most recent pick up wasn't the greatest though which is the only reason why I'm giving 4 stars. I lost my voice the day I picked up my items so I couldn't really complain day of lol.. but I noticed when I picked it up that my mushroom was chipped in a few places. I know when I handed it over it was completely covered in dry paint.. so I'm not sure what happened. Pretty bummed cause it turned out pretty cute! but other than this I'm happy with this place. I just wish if they accidentally chipped it they would've at least owned up to it or something."
"Spent 3.5 hours here, longer than I thought but it was fun! It was our first time here. You check in, they give you a table, you select your pottery and then your paint colors and get to painting! The girls gave us a quick tutorial on the paints and stuff. They were very sweet and helpful. Takes a week to get your piece back and the paint is much lighter than the finished product will be so I can't wait to see mine finished! I'll try to remember to upload the finished piece. Bathrooms for ladies are outside by Jeni's ice cream. We arrived at 11 on a Wednesday without a reservation and had no problems getting a table but it did get busy after a while! Pretty good lighting but I went out to my car to grab my glasses so I could paint the fine lines easier!"
"Paint your own pottery shop located in the Factory at Franklin! Walk-ins are welcome as well as reservations. You come in, pick a piece to paint, pick your paint, find a table and paint. This is a fun activity for adults, friends, family, and kids. After 7 days, you pick up your finished product."
